Before your first visit.
Return every 2–3 weeks, 4 at most. This is the interval your nails need to stay healthy and at their best.
No foreign product. We never work over another salon's product — we always start fresh with a full removal to protect your nail health.
Late cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service price. We respect your time and ask the same.
If anything isn't right. We repair any lifting or breakage within 7 days of your service — just reach out to schedule it.
